These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Advanced Innovative Solutions ("AIT Corporation," "we," "us," or "our"), including the E-Fax Easy cloud fax platform and related messaging services.

1. Program Description

E-Fax Easy is a cloud-based fax and document management platform operated by Advanced Innovative Solutions. The service enables users to send and receive faxes online, manage documents, and electronically sign documents through web and mobile interfaces.

As part of the service, you may receive transactional SMS messages related to your account, including:

Account verification and security codes
Fax delivery notifications
Service alerts and status updates
Trial and billing reminders

2. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. Typically, you may receive 1-10 messages per month related to account activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. AIT Corporation is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

3. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to our messaging program, you consent to receive the service-related messages described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time:

Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts
You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Transmit unsolicited faxes (spam) or violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
Use the service to transmit illegal, threatening, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via credit card through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trial periods allow full plan access for 30 days at no charge. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your card will be charged the plan rate.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on our platforms are the property of Advanced Innovative Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIT Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to failed fax deliveries, data loss, or service interruptions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
